About The Menu
We strive to offer The Jailhouse patrons a mix of shareable bar snacks and small plates that pair well with with our craft beer and wine menus. A simple yet thoughtful menu, we source locally whenever possible and strive to have something for every palate.
Homemade Meat Pie
Flakey butter salt flour crust filled with local ground beef, organic carrots, celery, potato and onions. Served with house pickles. Made by Bird & Mouse Bakery, Buena Vista.
Meat & Cheese Plate
Jumpin Good Goat (Buena Vista) Ruby Mountain wine soaked goat cheddar, thin sliced Salami and Prosciutto, stone ground mustard, local jam, house pickles, crostini.
Hummus & Pita
Traditional hummus, grilled pita bread, house pickled carrots.
